Hotel Ciutadella Barcelona

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the port and within walking distance to all major attractions. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with well-kept rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were modern and well-decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were great too accommodate us, storing our luggage and even finding a solution when the room we booked wasn't available. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the Gothic District, beaches, and the port area. The rooms were clean and modern, and we loved the balconies. Despite a few minor setbacks, our overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Hotel Ciutadella is exceptional, with an excellent standard of rooms that are modern, stylish, and very clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many attractions such as the marina, park, zoo, Born, Gothic Quarter. The room itself was comfortable and stylish, with windows on two aspects offering excellent views. There is a great cafe across the street for a delicious breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, providing good service to the airport. The surrounding area is lively in the evening, with plenty of nice shops and bars to explore. Staff are friendly and there are several small supermarkets nearby.

Felt very much at home, with nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, right by the main railway station and in front of the Born area. We were able to easily explore the city center and access public transport to get to other areas. The room amenities were also great, including the in-room safe and soundproofed rooms. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing tours/ticket assistance and a welcome drink upon arrival.

Great location, near beach and city center. Close to bars and train station. Easy access to bus for Park Güell. Good air conditioning and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Ideal for families.

Nothing, all was good.

I stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located near the beach, just a short walk away. There is also a metro station right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.

That the shower gel and soap in the bathroom were of poor quality.

Excellent location next to El Born, shops, bars, and cafes. Stylish room with big windows, amazing shower, and comfy bed. Close to Franca station for easy transportation. Would stay again.

Great location, close to attractions and the beach. Spacious and clean rooms with modern bathrooms.

Noisy rooms with sound traveling from hallways and adjoining rooms, not suitable for getting good sleep. Room safe too small for anything other than a passport and wallet, and at an additional charge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the beach front promenade was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views and taking leisurely walks. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained swimming pool and grounds. The staff, led by Santos and his team, were friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast was a delightful experience, akin to going to a buffet with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, with the rooms being well-kept and comfortable.
